Floor Sensor Alarm rang relentlessly in the middle of night - and turned Water OFF!

A few weeks ago, while sleeping, our FLOnSTOP floor sensor alarm went off relentlessly which finally woke me up. I went into the bathroom to turn off the alarm and saw a puddle of water on the floor between the tub and toilet. The next morning my husband pushed the floor sensor button back on which restored our water. He immediately noticed water overflowing from the top of the toilet tank. Had we not had the FLOnSTOP System, we would have had a huge flood that would have been undetected for many hours.

Water could have penetrated many apartments below us as we live on the 6th floor of a condominium building. We are so thankful to have had this system installed, as it saved us the embarrassment and inconvenience that a messy water situation could have caused to our personal belongings, as well as to our neighbors property. I shudder to think of the damage that could have occurred had we not had the system installed.

For a small investment, we would all have peace of mind.

"FLOnSTOP is now in Hawaii and Canada. My Bucket list includes the wish that everyone in Building D have FLOnSTOP and eliminate water damage.

This past week my dishwasher started to leak. The FLOnSTOP Floor Sensor turned off the water in the apartment because of my remote FLOnSTOP. So, another water disaster was eliminated before it happened!! For a small investment, we would all have peace of mind.

Saving Money with Flo-n-Stop!

SAVE MONEY AND CONSERVE WATER Dripping faucets and running toilets over time use up a lot of water. This wasted consumption of water add $ to your water and sewage bill. FLO n STOP™, when activated, will stop the flow of water to these fixtures while you are away.

It is not a matter of if you will have water damage but, where you will be when it does occur. The facts show that a refrigerator ice maker water line which is the smallest line in the property has a flow rate of 1 gal/min. A burst washing machine hose has a flow rate of 6 gal/min. and a burst hot water heater can leak more than 10 gal/min. If you are at work or asleep in bed for 8 hours you will have :

Refrigerator Ice Maker- 1 gal/min. x 8 hours = 480 gallons
Washing Machine Hose- 6 gal/min. x 8 hours = 2,880 gallons
Hot Water Heater - 10 gal/min. x 8 hours = 4,800 gallons

That is a lot of water to flow through your home and it can cause a devastating amount of damage to your home and all of your possessions.
